Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I work in the affordable housing field, and I STRONGLY oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as "small banks" under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. I urge you not to revise the definition of small banks for CRA purposes. If enacted, this wrongheaded change would reduce lending and investment in affordable housing and community development in the very communities where banks are accepting deposits.

Thank you for considering my comments.
