Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to oppose the proposal to allow banks with more than $250 million in assets to forego a full CRA review. The purpose of CRA is to safeguard lending by preventing discrimination against already disinvested communities. The purpose is not to "punish" large banks for their size. Banks with $250 million in assets have an important role to play in lending, and so the higher threshold seems misguided. Thank you for your consideration of my comment.

Sincerely,

Andrew Potter
