Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I believe the Community Reinvestment Act is a key component in putting the poor & minorities on a level playing field with the rest of us. I strongly disagree with the proposal to treat large banks as small banks for purposes of their requirements under the Act. This would significantly reduce the loans and services available to low income communities.
