Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Mr. Feldman

"I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities."

I live in a distressed low income community which is 85% African American. With the proposed change in CRA examination it will be more difficult to improve lending in our community. We already have major problems with predatory lenders preying on our community because of the lack of competition from major local banks. With the change in CRA examinations we will no longer have a position to negotiate with these banks.

Please maintain the incentives to invest in my distressed community!

Sincerely,

Kendall Pelling
