Subject: FDIC Proposal

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assests above 250 million being allowed to be examined as the smaller banks. This is not agood move for smaller communities, low income communities or smaller banks. In the long run it would reduce lending and other services. It reminds me of Big Brother. Thank you.
