Subject: Community Reinvestment 12 CFR Part 345 Comment

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. I have been developing affordable housing in New Hampshire for nine years. I am very concerned that this action on the part of all the various bank regulators runs a significant risk of reduced lending, investment and support for services to low-income communities in our state.
