I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50).
I was pleased to hear President Bush promise America more transparency of government. The clear view afforded us of the proposed changed in the CRA exposes an assault on small businesses and communities, i.e., fellow Americans. Do not harm the United States of America through this callous action.
