Subject: Threat to CRA

As a Community Land Trust - Una Nueva Esperanza (UNE)- located in central coastal California, we definitely oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $50 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. Services to low-income communities are vital and this proposal would reduce such important services.
