To whom it May Concern

As single women working and living in an increasing expensive economy, CRA mortgages are one of the few options open to people with lower incomes. If banks are allowed a reprieve for participating in the program, only the low and mid income people will be affected. Banks should have to hold to the current standards of the CRA programs. The programs are needed in order to promote the American dream of owning a home.
