Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As the volunteer chair of the Board of a local comprehensive community development corporation, I oppose the FDIC's proposal to change the CRA examination policy for banks with assets above $250 million. This policy would harm our neighborhoods by reducing incentives for lending and investments in our low-income communities.
Thank you for your consideration.
