Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Please keep the definition of "large" bank at $250 million or more in assets so that these institutions continue to have a full CRA exam. In this manner, the minority communities will (1) be more assured of being treated fairly if bank mortgage lending practices are monitored, (2) be able to borrow for home ownership, and (3) be able to have a level playing field for building better businees opportunities.
