Subject: Comment Opposing proposed changes to CRA "RIN 3064-AC50"

The Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority has been active in housing revitalization efforts in neighborhoods historically underserved by many lenders prior to the CRA. During our thirty plus years in community lending, we have seen a steady increase in the cooperation and financial commitment from all lenders for our low- to moderate-income neighborhoods as a result of the pressures imposed by the CRA.

My fear is that if enacted, the proposed changes will decrease community investment and the related partnerships to the detriment of our community. Please reconsider and withdraw the proposed rule changes to the CRA.
