Subject: Community Reinvestment 12 CFR Part 345

I just want to write to tell you how strongly I oppose the proposal that would allow banks with assets above $250,000,000 to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. If this were enacted, low-income communities would suffer because lending, investments and services would be reduced. People with low incomes do not need to have their opportunities limited even more than they already are. Thanks.
