Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

My organization provides services to low-income families that need some form of financial assets. Many depend on smaller banks to assist them with their situations. I also work with a tax coalition that partners with small banks to provide services to the low/moderate income families that we support, especially in building financial structure. This population is already hurting enough, we can't afford to increase their burden.
