I am not sure exactly sure how the new CRA requirements will affect the local banks but to raise the limits to one billion would certainly seem to allow smaller banks to opt-out of CRA and may contribute to redlining areas where we need mortgage assistance.......Have I read the CRA changes incorrectly?
