I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million
to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This
policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income
communities.

I work in a very low-income, predominately black community. There are
organizations doing good work to re-vitalize our community. Without the CRA policies as
they are now, there would be less revitalization and less hope in our community.
