Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Please give serious consideration to not changing the rules and regulations of the Community Reinvestment Act. It is very important that money for housing and development of businesses, jobs etc. continue to flow into low income neighborhoods throughout the country.

If all but the smallest banks are not held to strict requirements, they would be inclined not to provide the monies necessary to revitalize our poorer communities.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Nancy Meyers
