Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am opposed to the proposal to change the definition of a small bank from $250 million in assets to $1 billion in assets. This proposed change, if enacted, would have serious negative consequences on CRA throughout the country. Without the inevitability of CRA exams, banks will no longer view CRA as a regulatory mandate, but as an unnecessary expense that should be eliminated.

Please keep the definition of a small bank at $250 million. Thank you!!
