Washington, DC 20429 Dear Mr. Feldman: We were disturbed to learn that the FDIC is planning a rule change that would allow midsized banks to select only one of the three community development investment activities to fulfill their requirements under the Community Reinvestment Act. We believe this would have a very negative impact on the vital work of community development financial institutions. We urge you to reconsider this rule change. Yours Sincerely, Kurt and Kathy Hunter Kurt and Kathy Hunter
