Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50064-AC50

To Whom It May Concern:

I oppose chnges in the existing FDIC regulations and favor a system that allows for an array of bank services in all communities. I am concerned that lifting the ceiling on assets that could be examined might have a negative impact on the communities in which some of the smaller institutions are located.
