Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the proposal to raise to $1B the level of assets required before a full CRA exam is required. $250M is an appropriate level. Raising this level will reduce banking services in low-income communities, which would be a very bad thing. Thanks for your consideration.
