Financial Institution Diversity Self-Assessment Portal

The FDIC has automated Form 2710/05, Diversity Self-Assessment of FDIC Regulated Financial Institutions instrument via the new FID-SA application that is accessible through the FDICconnect portal. FID-SA was designed to improve financial institutions' experience, and offers a secured interface that will provide financial institutions with the ease and efficiency to complete the diversity self-assessment electronically with multiple authorized users; view previous submissions; attach supporting material; and print and save in pdf format.

Contact your institution's FDICconnect Coordinator to obtain access. If you do not know who the Coordinator for your institution is, you may email FDICconnect@fdic.gov.
