The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host a regional roundtable to highlight opportunities to partner with the Future Bankers and Financial Professionals (FBC) Camp scheduled to start in July 2026. Presenters will provide an overview of FBC, a collaboration between the Center for Financial Training, the National Academy Foundation, and high schools across the New York region to place high-achieving students from low- and moderate-income (LMI) areas on the path to careers in the financial services industry. Attendees will learn how they can support the program’s efforts to provide students with work experience at financial institutions, intensive classroom instruction on financial education, and career readiness.
