The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) will co-host a virtual outreach event focused on how stakeholders can partner to support areas affected by disasters. Designed for both financial institutions and local stakeholders that support disaster relief, this event will identify ways to support effective disaster recovery, revitalization, and stabilization efforts in federally designated disaster areas. This event will also feature speakers highlighting how communities can prepare for disasters. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of activities that revitalize and stabilize federally designated disaster areas and learn how to leverage resources for maximum community impact.
