To Whom It May Concern:

I am opposed to the proposed FDIC changes to "streamline" the CRA exam.

Such a change will harm low to moderate income communities, particularly in rural states, by removing CRA obligations from as many as 1300 insured depository institutions.

We need more bank partnerships for affordable housing and community development - not less.
