Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom It May Concern:
As an Executive Director of a non-profit, working for people with no to low-income, I am deeply concerned about the proposal re: Community Reinvestment Act. I oppose FDIC’s proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the CRA. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.
Please consider the needs of these communities and the vital role that our banks play through their investments.
