Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250
million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.
This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income
communities.

Our community is predominantly comprised with low-moderate income
individuals. Banks were reluctant to assist small businesses before CRA
grading was a major concern. Since implementation of the CRA program we
have experienced greater small business lending participation from all
of the banks in our community.

Please leave the system intact, and continue to closely monitor the participation
of large banks in low income communities with the current standards.

Thank you,

Tracy Pisacco
