Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50
Importance: High

To whom it may concern:

I strongly oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. The strength of our economy and our country rests on our ability to address market failures and hold institutions accountable to ensuring all Americans have opportunities to invest and live in a variety of communities. I urge the FDIC to keep CRA intact and viable.
