Dear Mr. Feldman:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule RIN 3064-AC50 changing the Community reinvestment Act regulations. This change will undue years of support for rural areas such as the one I live in. Only because of the current CRA rule has there been significantly more investment into both affordable housing and economic development than would have occurred otherwise. As a rural American, we cannot afford any additional disinvestment of our scarce resources.
