Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom It May Concern:

I am unequivocally opposed to the proposal to allow banks with assets above $250,000,000 be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This proposal makes me want to puke. It is simply another attempt to eviscerate a law that I worked to pass in 1976 through Kensington Action Now and other organizations around the Country. Rather than gutted, the law should be expanded to monitor job creation.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
