Dear Mr. Feldman:

I am opposed to watering down of the Community Reinvestment Act requirements for mid-sized banks.

It is already far too easy for developers to cherry-pick easy deals on greenfields and in outer-ring suburbs. The Enterprise Zone legislation is ridiculously available, regardless of need.

Please don't do the same thing with the Community Reinvestment Act.
