Community Legal Services represents thousands of low income clients in the City of Philadelphia yearly and as such has a strong interest in seeing full reviews under the CRA to protect the rights and interests of low income residents. We submit this brief comment to oppose the proposal to weaken and lessen full reviews of banks as this will undermine the purposes of the Act, and encourage banks to escape their responsibilities to the minority and low income communities they serve.
