Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am writing to oppose the proposal to allow banks with assets exceeding $250 million to be examined as "small banks," for purposes of the Community Reinvestment Act. This change would significantly reduce the credit and services available to low-income communities.
