Subject: RIN: 3064-AC50 Propesed rule change for CRA

I appose the expansion of the small bank designation to banks up $1 Billion in Assets. This plus the appplicatoin of streamlined regulation for CRA monitoring to banks between $250 million to $1 billion eill have a significant and negative impact on participation of banks in community investment at a local level.
