Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the changes in the CRA exam to limit the needed investments in LMI areas. The impact on this legislation will effectively be that fewer banks will have regulatory obligations to support low-income communities, and there will be a decline in grants and loans to build affordable housing, fund small businesses, and support social services. This is not acceptable and I OPPOSE the changes.
