Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Mr. Robert Feldman:
I oppose the proposed changes to CRA and feel they would short-change low to moderate income communities. Many Indian reservations and rural communities are seriously unbanked. To ease regulations to those institutions serving these areas is not in the interest of these communities. If anything, I would like to see more institutions required to provide services at a higher level to low and moderate income areas, particularly rural and on Indian reservations.

Sincerely,
Jane M. DeMarines
Bethesda, MD
