Subject: FDIC proposal

To whom it may concern:

I am writing to voice my opposition to the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. As a non-profit environmental organization, we believe it is vital for lending institutions of all sizes to continue investing in the redevelopment of under-served neighborhoods.

Respectfully yours,

Maggie Super Church
