Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. Please do not allow this relaxation of the rule that has been responsible for increasing the opportunity for homeownership for people of low to moderate income which also furthers neighborhood stabilization and revitalization.

Thank you.
