Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

We are a nonprofit affordable housing developer that has been able to obtain financing for projects from local banks because this helps them meet CRA requirements. Please do NOT move the upper limit for the requirement that banks undergo a full CRA examination to $1 billion in assets. This would drastically reduce the number of banks required to undergo the full examination, in some states leaving NO banks subject to the requirement, and be harmful to low and moderate-income communities.

Thank you.
