I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : Poor people are trustworthy, too. We need opportunities to prove our worth, and we may have to work harder at it than rich people who've merely inherited their credit, but that doesn't mean we should be shut out of the process entirely. I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act, which will leave poor people, especially in rural communities, with fewer options and opportunities than ever.
