I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : The policy of redlining is immoral, pure and simple. Why? Because, ultimately, what we do to a few, we do to all, including the Feds. No one is exempt from such policies. We hurt others, ergo we hurt ourselves. The pain and inconvenience caused to a few by a few become universal suffering.
