Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Commissioners,

Please do not change the rules to reduce the reach of the Community
Reinvestment Act. More, not fewer, banks need to be subject to these
rules which have made home-buying and business investments available to
so many more people.
