Subject: SPAM::Community Reinvestment - RIN 3064-AC50

FDIC:

I have been aware of and used the Community Reinvestment Act as a
basis for discussions with my Iocal banks for more than 20 years.
Therefore, I am dismayed that you want to gut its provisions. This
action will do harm to rural communities, including the poor
communities of eastern Kentucky and Central Appalachia where I live.
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes and ask that they be
withdrawn.
