I oppose this change to the Community Reinvestment Act. As a result of the CRA, local banks have become an important and integral partner in the redevelopment, revitalization, and overall improvement of low income neighborhoods. The change to the CRA will jeopardize those partnerships, current and future, taking away needed investment and leadership in low income neighborhoods.
