Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To whom it may concern,

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. Living as I do in a weak market city has been bludgeoned by the loss of manufacturing but also the unfair subsidizing of suburbs through road building and housing policy and anti-free-market single use zoning laws, the proposed law seems like just another blow to cities who are set up for failure then blamed for it. Please preserve the law such that banks with large assets do what is right.

Sincerely,

Stephen Harris
