Subject: RIN 3064-ACT50, community reinvestment

Dear Mr. Feldman,
I am opposed to your proposal to weaken the Federal Reinvestment Act (CRA). It will result in many fewer home and small business loans to low and moderate income borrowers and will hurt community development efforts. Your proposal will instead help primarily affluent residents in rural areas. Please withdraw your harmful proposal.
