Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I strongly urge you not to raise the threshold on banks participating in the community reinvestment program. Thanks to the availability of this program, I and many other people were able to secure funding for first mortgages several years ago. Partly due to this availability, and partly due to our efforts in those communities, we were able to revitalize and drastically improve our neighborhoods. The program works well as it is. Further reducing the availability of these funds will not benefit the neighborhoods and citizens who desperately need it!

Thank you!
