Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

This rule change is a TERRIBLE idea. I know it's unfashionable to think so, but corporations have a responsibility to invest in the community that has enabled their success.

Perhaps it's wrong for me to be guided by my Christian faith in this, since it's a government program, but I think it sends the wrong message to the moneylenders that no one will come to the temple and judge them for their greed.

This is one of those few things that should just be left as it is.
