"Not a good idea"

I'm sorry to try to boil it down to four words, but IMHO as one who works with nonprofits and communities throughout Washington State, raising the caps of those institutions subject to the CRA will severly dilute the services available in our communities, particularly in rural communities.

I urge you to reconsider raising the cap, or possibly to create two tiers of requirements
