Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Good Afternoon
I am writing to oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be treated the same as smaller banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. The construction industry and particularly smaller contractors which specialize in smaller more affordable projects need the larger banks to be responsive to our lending needs. We do work in low income communities and try to provide affordable housing opportunities in suburban areas. We do not want to see any rule promulgated which would reduce the incentives of lenders to invest in affordable housing in low income communities.
